Michael S. Luther is a seasoned corporate finance and special situations investor with over four decades of experience spanning private equity, venture capital, and structured finance. With a strong track record across transactions ranging from $1 million to over $1 billion, he has advised major global institutions, led complex cross-border deals, and driven value creation across energy, industrial, technology, and financial sectors. Mike currently serves as Founder and Chairman of NuCore Isotopes, Inc., where he is leading the commercialization of high-value medical isotopes through a network of licensed research reactors and cyclotrons across the United States and abroad. NuCore operates as a majority-owned subsidiary of Elemental Nuclear Energy Corp., where Mike also holds a founding role focused on next-generation nuclear microreactor development. Earlier in his career, Mike advised the World Bank, IMF, Citibank, Chase, and a range of Asian and Gulf-region financial institutions on post-crisis and developing market projects. He worked on the landmark RJR Nabisco LBO, advised the largest shareholder of VF Corp. on a leveraged recapitalization, and led a $55 million MBO of Transaction System Architects that produced a $1 billion Goldman Sachs IPO valuation. He and partner Dan Koch were among the largest pre-institutional shareholders of Move, Inc., owner of realtor.com. In 2002, Mike co-launched Deutsche Bank's North American Special Situations group with Paddy Shanahan, originating structured investments across automotive, telecom, and direct marketing sectors, including the Alamo National Car Rental acquisition with Cerberus. He subsequently developed a cross-border private equity practice within Deutsche Bank's DeAWM platform, focusing on industrial, natural resource, and mining investments. Since 2015, Mike has concentrated on deep value, pre-IPO, and growth company investments across energy, renewables, asset management, insurance, mobility, technology, critical minerals, and transportation in the US, Europe, and globally. He holds a degree from the University of Maryland (1981) and has been active in AI-assisted credit policy and political risk applications since the 1980s.

Sean C. Maenpaa is an experienced business executive with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. With a strong track record of driving commercial success, he has spearheaded high-impact strategies, led cross-functional teams, and managed revenue growth exceeding $300 million+. His expertise spans oncology commercialization, business development, product launches, regulatory compliance, and global market expansion. Sean previously served as the Vice President-Commercial at BWXT Medical where he was responsible for the sales of a multi-million-dollar portfolio of medical radioisotope supplies. Prior to this role, Sean was Managing Director of Maenpaa Consulting LLC, where he provides strategic product planning and business development support, focusing primarily on oncology radiopharmaceutical products. Before launching his consultancy, he held the position of Vice President, Global Commercial at Telix Pharmaceuticals, where he played a pivotal role in developing a world-leading Uro-oncology radiopharmaceutical franchise.
